I’m still at near zero visitors to the site save for the occasional bump I get from Curbed NY, TOWN Residential or other out of the normal links to this site. So I’m trying something new, for me.
And even though I had only created a couple of boards there, I already equaled my number of visits with my new metric of pins, or is it re-pins? Although that number is only 3, I’m expecting great things. Maybe I can get up to 10 one day.
An interesting statistic of Pinterest is the overwhelming number of women that use it. And that resonates with me because I donate 20% of every sale to either, Earthwatch, Doctors Without Borders, UNESCO, UNICEF, The Hunger Project and Amnesty International and we all know that women care more about the world than men do. Men want to rip it apart for profit. Women want to fix things. Go Women.
So this morning I just added new Pinterest boards for each of my eBooks and photo galleries and we’ll see what happens.
